Category Manager

Lead one or more local categories with clear commercial priorities that directly support the company targets

Analysis and Strategy

• Deliver robust spend and market data analysis 
• Conduct global benchmarking and cost-break-down calculations to identify cost improvement opportunities
• Convert insights into category strategy supplier roadmaps with action plans 
• Drive tenders and negotiations to meet budgeted % reductions. 

Project Management

• Lead the execution of cost efficiency projects by coordination across internal and external stakeholders
• Challenge resistance through inquiry data and logic as well as high level stakeholder management
• Ensure disciplined project management: clear plans regular meetings and minutes follow-up and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

Supplier Relationship & Risk Management

• Maintain and develop supplier relationships to secure supply competitive value and consolidation opportunities.
• Identify highrisk suppliers execute mitigation plans and coordinate supplier audits with QA/QC/EHS.
• Drive sustainability and carbon footprint data collection initiatives aligned with category targets.

People & Organisation

• Build local capability: set individual development plans coach team members
• Proactively identify issues implement rootcause solutions to promote crossfunctional collaboration to deliver targets

分析と戦略

• 堅実な支出および市場データ分析を実施する
• グローバルベンチマークとコスト内訳計算を実施しコスト改善の機会を特定する
• 得られた知見をカテゴリー戦略アクションプランを含むサプライヤーロードマップに反映させる
• 予算削減率を達成するための入札および交渉を推進する

プロジェクト管理

• 社内外のステークホルダーとの連携を図りコスト効率化プロジェクトの実行を主導する
• 調査データロジックそしてハイレベルのステークホルダーマネジメントを通じて課題に対処する
• 明確な計画定期的な会議と議事録フォローアップと報告体制を構築しタイムリーな納品を確実にする

サプライヤー関係とリスク管理

• 供給競争価値そして統合機会を確保するためにサプライヤー関係を維持発展させる
• 高リスクサプライヤーを特定しリスク軽減計画を実行するまたサプライヤー監査をQA/QC/EHSと連携させる
• カテゴリー目標に沿ったサステナビリティとカーボンフットプリントのデータ収集イニシアチブ

を推進する人材と組織

• 地域ごとの能力構築個々の能力開発計画の策定チームメンバーのコーチング
• 問題を積極的に特定し根本原因の解決策を実施することで部門横断的な連携を促進し目標達成に貢献する

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or Master in Commercial or Technical field preferred
• 5 years of experience and proven track record in procurement supply chain management or project management (engineering or chemical preferred)
• Data analysis and interpretation skills
• Project management experience 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル組織のあらゆる階層の人と効果的に連携できる能力
• CPSMCertified Professional in Supply ManagementCPMCertified Purchasing ManagerPMPProject Management Professionalなどの専門資格取得が望ましい
