Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Madison WI. This role is ideal for someone passionate about problem-solving customer care and contributing to a team that values quality service and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause and offering the best solution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies to ensure consistent service.
Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process or product improvements.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication active listening and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
