Job Description
Student Worker Introductory Lab Assistant
Number of Openings: 2
Purpose / Objective:
Students will help instructors in introductory physics labs (PHYS 110L 111L 115 116) with various tasks related to teaching those labs such as: helping with equipment
helping answer questions helping to grade student lab reports.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Help lab instructors with equipment answering student questions and grading lab reports in introductory labs.
Qualifications/Skills:
- At lease two years of physics courses at OWU.
Potential Future Career Benefit:
Increased understanding of physics concepts as well as pedagogy.
NOTE: Employment sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
