NAVVYASA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at our clients office. The role involves managing calendars travel correspondence documentation and coordination across multiple teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning for the executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar appointments and scheduling.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel planning including logistics and accommodations.
- Prepare meeting materials agendas and presentations for the executive.
- Draft review and respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the executive.
- Create and maintain slides reports meeting notes and official documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for executive files.
- Cross-coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle selected administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Provide MIS support for data analysis and reporting to aid decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree Masters degree or equivalent.
- 35 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in managing priorities logistics and administrative coordination.
- High level of discretion professionalism and attention to detail.
