Production Associate - 3rd Shift

Position: Assembler Full-Time Employment!

Pay: $19.60/hr and a shift premium! Opportunity for overtime as well!

Bonus Potential: Up to a 5% annual bonus that is paid out based on the performance of the plant!

Shifts: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Who Are We

Our San Antonio Texas distribution center charges packages and ships the batteries used in cars boats motorcycles and heavy-duty trucks. We opened in 1995 now employ more than 265 people and operate six days per week. We are actively involved in our local community and give back through Toys for Tots The Strong Foundation and Soldiers Angels.

Primary Duties:

• Stacking products on and off of the conveyor line.
• You will be trained as an Assembler to perform process and quality checks as specified.
• The Assembler will need to label products per the customers specifications.

• As an Assembler you will palletize products to customer requirements.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate production counts and filling customer orders.

• Clean and wipe products as needed per customer orders.
• You will be trained as an Assembler to fix defected products and perform quality inspections.
• You will be trained to clean machines and area per shift and perform regular minor preventative maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred not required.
• 6 months of recent manufacturing experience needed.
• Must be able to perform basic math functions.
• Must be comfortable working in a hot environment.
• Comfortable with work overtime as needed along with potential working weekends.
