As a Senior Associate in our Debt and Capital Advisory team youll play a vital role in delivering tailored financing solutions and strategic advice that supports growth acquisitions and capital management. Youll be working with clients across industries such as corporate banking leveraged finance and mid-market transactions.

What youll do:

  • Deliver a diverse range of financial advisory engagements including debt and capital markets products and capital structuring advice

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients financiers legal advisers and other stakeholders

  • Support the successful execution of transactions through credit analysis financial modelling and preparation of transaction materials

  • Develop your expertise by learning from a high-performing team and leveraging PwCs learning and development opportunities

What were looking for:

  • Experience in corporate banking leveraged finance or debt advisory with proven deal structuring and credit analysis skills

  • Strong project management and financial analysis capabilities

  • Solid corporate finance knowledge to craft innovative financing solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for financial markets
