Job Title: Adult Services - Learning Disabilities
Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: 31 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join it clients Learning Disabilities team based in Leeds.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will
- Assess and plan care for individuals with learning disabilities
- Promote independence and community inclusion
- Collaborate with families and professionals
- Safeguard vulnerable individuals
- Provide emotional support and crisis management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
