Job Description
Role Overview : The client is seeking a strong leader to head up their geotechnical division. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading mentoring and growing a team of 4 geotechnical professionals
- Overseeing complex geotechnical projects including technical oversight reporting proposals budgeting and client engagement
- Supporting business development efforts alongside leadership
- Future growth path into an Office Principal-level role
Requirements:
- PE license (or able to obtain quickly through reciprocity)
- 6 years experience in geotechnical engineering
- Proven leadership and people management background
- Strong technical skills: project management reporting proposal writing budgeting
- Seller-doer mindset: can both manage and help grow business.
- Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available
- High visibility and strong upward career path
