Are you passionate about unlocking potential and driving performance through innovative learning solutions bpha is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our newly restructured L&D team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of learning at bpha and make a real impact from day one.
About the Role
Reporting to the L&D Manager youll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering our L&D strategy. Youll work closely with managers and colleagues across the business to identify training needs develop tailored learning interventions and foster a culture of continuous development and performance excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships across the organisation including on-site visits to various locations.
Supporting managers in analysing training needs and creating effective development plans.
Designing and delivering blended learning programmes and content.
Coaching managers as part of leadership and talent development initiatives.
Evaluating the impact of learning interventions and ensuring value for money.
Contributing to strategic projects and promoting a learning culture at bpha.
About You
Youre an experienced L&D professional with a creative and practical approach to development. You thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment and are confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Were looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Proven experience in analysing training needs and delivering impactful learning solutions.
Strong coaching skills and a coaching qualification (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
Experience in both not-for-profit and private sectors as well as line management and HR partnership would be advantageous but not essential.
