Main responsibilities:
Is responsible for the promotion and marketing of the companys products and services via telephone to portfolio customers according to the companys allocation/segmentation (Farming activity):
- manages the relationship with portfolio customers.
- uses scripts and persuasive communication techniques to generate interest
- identifies opportunities to sell the companys products and services (cross sell up sell) to portfolio customers by contacting them (phone/email/online/face2face meetings); informs other members of the commercial department about the identified opportunities in order to define the best solutions for the customer (as appropriate);
- prepares product and service offers for portfolio customers in accordance with the identified needs.
- deliver attractive product presentations via telephone or virtual meetings persuading customers to make purchases.
- maintains strong relationships with customers ensuring that satisfaction and loyalty levels are high
- negotiates / renegotiates specific contractual terms and conditions with customers in the portfolio in collaboration with the direct manager and in compliance with applicable legislation and internal company procedures.
- prospects the market through various available channels: databases provided by the company networking media cold visits referrals.
- prepares and provides analysis and reports on the work to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with customers in the assigned portfolio.
- utilizing Salesforce to estimate as accurately as possible committed deals and their closing dates
- has an obligation to ensure that assignments are recorded and completed in Salesforce in a timely manner with all records kept up to date

Requirements:
- You are graduated from a bachelors or masters degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales telesales customer service

- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
