Now were seeking a resultsdriven Business Developer with exceptional coldcalling skills and a true sales hunters mindset to pioneer our sales process in China. If you thrive on engaging B2B clients across multiple channels and love turning prospects into business opportunities this is your chance to make an impact! Youll collaborate with our Chinese sales and marketing team while connecting with global business development colleagues to share winning strategies and celebrate successes together.
What You will do:
- Be the First Impression: Engage potential clients through cold calls emails and creative outreach.
- Uncover Opportunities: Identify decisionmakers diagnose pain points and set the stage for sales success.
- Build the Pipeline: Nurture leads and manage prospect data in Salesforce.
- Drive Growth: Work handinhand with sales to convert conversations into closed deals.
What we are looking for:
- 1 year in B2B sales/telesales (cold calling is your superpower!.
- Resilience to bounce back from rejection and crush daily call targets.
- Curiosity to learn sales methodologies and think outside the box.
- Fluent in English native/advanced proficiency in insert language.
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or HR/tech/elearning markets.
