Title: Business Analyst Energy Trading & Settlements (OpenLink Endur)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with deep functional knowledge of OpenLink Endur specializing in settlement workflows (ISO/Non-ISO) OTC derivatives and energy trading tax implications. The candidate will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams driving the design and optimization of settlement and tax processes within Endur.
Functional Must-Have Skills:
- Power Lifecycle Experience
- Deep knowledge of North America ISO/Non-ISO settlements and rules
- Physical settlements experience with EMA / Tolling / Load
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and enhance Endur Settlement processes including ISO Non-ISO and OTC instruments
- Work closely with front middle and back office to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience in designing the functional data flows of a modern system for back office / settlements including documenting and agreeing on key processes policies and trade-offs across diverse stakeholders
- Serve as a thought leader in power settlements acting as a key advisor for process and procedure reviews
- Support integration of settlement systems with internal and external interfaces ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Partner with Tax teams to design solutions that account for tax reporting accruals and reconciliation within Endur
- Participate in testing (UAT SIT) issue resolution and production deployment of system enhancements
- Maintain documentation of business processes configurations and user stories
- Monitor daily operations and provide Level 2 support for settlement and tax-related issues
