Your Mission: Lead a missiondriven passionate sales organization ready to accelerate our next phase of expansion. As Head of Sales youll be instrumental in building the organizational capabilities we need to scale the business and sustain growth rates of >50 YOY. Were looking for an experienced strategic sales leader to partner with Marketing Finance and Operations to shape our gotomarket strategies across all categories and customers. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead the Team
    • Recruit manage and develop the sales organization
    • Define the organizational structure needed to achieve our growth strategy
    • Drive broker performance with a sharp eye on results and longterm strategy
  • Drive Quality Growth
    • Create and execute annual sales plans focused on creating longterm value
    • Deploy trade marketing budget for optimal effectiveness and performance
    • Identify effective strategies to drive growth across the portfolio (ambient frozen)
    • Manage customer P&Ls that are focused on building sustainable longterm growth
  • Own Customer Relationships
    • Build strong trusted relationships with retail partners
    • Optimize distributor relationships to strengthen Banzas presence and performance
    • Identify develop and grow new and emerging channels

  • Experienced Leader: 1520 years in food & beverage CPG sales with 10 years managing and developing highperforming teams

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. The salary band for this role is $190000$250000 plus equity and an annual bonus. The range is for the expectations as laid out in the job description however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
