Sales Manager – Student Enrollment – Private University
Job Title: Sales Manager – Student Enrollment
Location: Jakarta Indonesia
Client: Private University
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead student recruitment efforts for a growing private university in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase new student enrollments annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive annual student enrollment targets through effective sales and outreach campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with potential students parents schools and educational agents.
- Lead and manage the sales team’s performance.
- Monitor conversion metrics and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Represent the university at education fairs school visits and other promotional events.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or student recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Results-driven proactive and able to work independently.
