Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
  • Identify attract and source hardtofind passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Handle endtoend recruitment process
  • Sourcing for candidates in our job boards
  • Contacting candidates and conducting initial interviews
  • Endorsing qualified leads to their respective managers
  • Scheduling of interviews until the final interview
  • Post open positions on various job boards and social media sites
  • Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs local job fairs and professional events to support the companys brand and growth plan

Job Qualifications

  • 35 years experience in recruitment and staffing
  • Proficiency in active and passive sourcing boolean search is a plus
  • MS Office and Google Workspace experience
  • BPO or RPO experience is a plus
  • With a bachelors degree preferably in human resource management psychology or other related fields
  • With excellent computer literacy and application skills
  • With exceptional work ethic values and principles
  • Detailoriented with a sharp eye for errors
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has competent sourcing skills
