Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Prepare and issue all Client Invoices
  • Create manage and monitor job tracking for each project including thorough cost tracking and performance
  • Create and maintain projects in Job Management Software
  • Follow up suppliers for pricing and job specific quotes where required
  • Uploads supporting evidence for all transactions entered
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers
  • Enter supplier invoices including entering all relevant items against purchase order
  • Prepare Project Handover documents and send to relevant stakeholders including building certifications / council approvals
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Draft and publish company processes and procedures
  • Maintains and builds a supportive and effective team culture
  • Upholds and promotes the firm s values
  • Maintains the highest ethical and professional standards


Requirements

The role s minimum skills include:

  • At least 4 years experience in Accounting or Administration related field
  • At least 2 years experience in Project administration role or similar
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills

Desired Skills or Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction job cost tracking

At least 4 + years experience in Bookkeeping or accounting Xero and Xero Payroll Certifications Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Desired Skills or Qualifications: Accounting degree Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification; Well honed bookkeeping skills with above average communication skills Requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in handling complex financial tasks.
