- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance support and direction to achieve the sales target.
- Exprience in the sales of frozen foods is very important
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth increase market share and meet sales targets.
- Monitor the performance of sales representatives assigning daily tasks to meet the sales target.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers understanding their needs.
- Analyze competitor activities and provide updates on products and pricing.
- Identify new potential clients both inside and outside Lagos. We are looking for more customers outside Lagos; therefore frequent trips may be required.
- As the team leader you are responsible for meeting the sales targets for yourself and other sales representatives
Requirements
- This position is open and preferable to a male candidate
- 3 years of experience in the frozen fish business
- Willingness to travel
