About the Role:

Are you a marketing professional with a passion for exceeding sales targets Do you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy building strong client relationships If so we want to hear from you!

Were seeking a highly motivated Female Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt and play a vital role in driving customer acquisition retention and business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative offline marketing strategies to reach and engage prospective clients for our prestigious services.

Youll be given a hybrid work environment work from the office twice a week and remotely for the remainder.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative and detailed offline marketing plans to attract highnetworth individuals and businesses to our products.
  • Identify and target prospective clients with strategic outreach efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers through networking events presentations and cold calling.
  • Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with brand awareness initiatives to raise the profile of Prestige Services Company in Rivers state and neighboring states.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Female resident of Rivers State with a minimum of 13 years of experience in either banking or fintech marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition conversion and retention through offline marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in using basic marketing and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of the forex or crypto business landscape in Nigeria (a plus).
