Business Integration Intern

Your.Rentals is looking for new membersto join ourteam in Hanoi. Are you a good problemsolver quick learner interested in technology and fluent in European language Were looking for a caring motivated and selfstarting person to join our support team in Hanoi.

As this role directly supports our users most of whom are based in Europe the hours of work will be nonstandard and some shift work may be required.

What will you be doing

• Communicate with users (hosts)in various countries to assist them resolve the issues related to their property details on the Sales Channels
• Report unsolved operational issues that prevent listings from going live in Sales Channels
• Collaborate with the Booking/Product support team Tech support team to assist with challenging user requests or issues
• Research and prepare reports regarding Sales Channels new restrictions issues

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Customerservice experience
• Comfortable using webbased software
• Strong problemsolving skills multitasking and time management skills
• Skills of data visualization/ data cleaning Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Able to work parttime in the time framefrom 12pm to 9pm Monday to Friday
• Can prepare your own working devices (laptop earphones/headphones..)
