As a key team member you will defend and guide the global community of an iconic social networking platform. Your daily efforts will directly contribute to building a secure collaborative and constructive digital space for hundreds of millions of active users.

Key Accountabilities

• Content Auditing: Evaluate incoming user postsranging from text and imagery to videos and accountsto confirm adherence to community rules and safety guidelines.
• Platform Security: Flag and process toxic abusive or fraudulent material to ensure a healthy online environment.
• Conflict Resolution: Address escalated user claims regarding data privacy profile access and community violations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Quality Excellence: Approach sensitive situations with neutral judgment care and speed to meet standard service metrics.

Who We Are Looking For

• Language Proficiency: Native-level command of Ukrainian paired with intermediate English fluency (B2) to easily navigate internal training courses and corporate communications.
• Right to Work: Possession of a valid Portuguese Resident Visa (Título de Residência) European Union citizenship or recognized Refugee Status is strictly required.
• Professional Background: Prior exposure to online moderation or helpdesk roles is preferred but entirely optional; our experts will train you from the ground up.
• Agility: Comfortable confronting explicit online media and adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment featuring rotating schedules.

Compensation & Working Hours

• Base Remuneration: 1237 Gross per month (allocated across a 12-month calendar).
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours per week split evenly across 5 working days.
• Shift Breakdown: 8 hours of active service daily with a scheduled 1-hour meal break.
• Availability Window: Rotating shifts allocated between Monday and Sunday running during standard business hours from 07:00 to 00:00 (Midnight).
