Support customers of a leading home appliances brand by handling warranty-related inquiries via phone and email. Enjoy a stable Monday to Friday schedule while working in a dynamic international environment.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
• Answer questions related to warranty coverage
• Support customers with issues regarding home appliances
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service
• Ensure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when needed

• Native or near-native level of Danish (C2)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge from a users perspective
• Experience in face-to-face or contact centre customer service is an advantage
• Customer-oriented adaptable and dynamic personality
• Ability to multitask manage time effectively and work independently

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday working schedule (08:0017:00)
