For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 8 years of experience as a Program Manager
- Solid understanding of IT Production and Application Support environments with hands-on knowledge of ITIL v4 SRE DevOps and FinOps frameworks applied to service stability and operational excellence.
- Practical knowledge of monitoring observability and automation tools such as Dynatrace ServiceNow Ansible Grafana and ELK Stack.
- Ability to bridge technology process and governance by coordinating cross-functional initiatives that improve service reliability and scalability.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams aligned to IT resilience and continuous improvement goals.
- Masters degree in Information Technology Engineering or a related field; certifications such as ITIL v4 PMP PRINCE2 SRE Foundation or FinOps Certified Practitioner are a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1).
- Fluency in French (B2/C1) is a plus.
- Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week in Lisbon office based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
