For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

8 years of experience as a Program Manager
Solid understanding of IT Production and Application Support environments with hands-on knowledge of ITIL v4 SRE DevOps and FinOps frameworks applied to service stability and operational excellence.
Practical knowledge of monitoring observability and automation tools such as Dynatrace ServiceNow Ansible Grafana and ELK Stack.
Ability to bridge technology process and governance by coordinating cross-functional initiatives that improve service reliability and scalability.
Strong program and project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams aligned to IT resilience and continuous improvement goals.
Masters degree in Information Technology Engineering or a related field; certifications such as ITIL v4 PMP PRINCE2 SRE Foundation or FinOps Certified Practitioner are a strong advantage.
Fluency in English (B2/C1).
Fluency in French (B2/C1) is a plus.
Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week in Lisbon office based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
