Your Daily Impact

• Professional Support: Manage inbound inquiries via telephone and digital channels providing clear and concise guidance on payment platform features.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist users with account configurations transaction tracking and resolving payment bottlenecks.
• Fraud Mitigation: Vigilantly monitor account activity to protect users from unauthorized transactions ensuring a secure digital environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help optimize the products user interface.
• Service Excellence: Strive to exceed performance targets while maintaining a helpful patient and empathetic demeanor.

Candidate Profile

• Linguistic Skills: Full professional fluency in French is mandatory alongside a solid B2 level of English for team collaboration and documentation.
