• Creator Assistance: Provide specialized high-tier support to French-speaking creators public figures and digital media partners.
• Monetization & Tool Support: Assist creators with video monetization features fan subscriptions digital rights management and payout setups.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues regarding account access page verification algorithm flags live-streaming glitches and video distribution policies.
• Multichannel Engagement: Interact directly with creators and talent managers through live chat high-priority email queues and scheduled video/phone consultations.
• Policy Education: Guide digital artists on community guidelines copyright compliance and best safety practices to keep their channels secure and growing.
