Finnish Travel Advisor Tourism & Hospitality Industry (Lisbon)

Are you a Finnish speaker with a passion for wanderlust hospitality and helping others explore the world We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our international team on-site in Lisbon! In this role you will be the voice of a premium global travel brand helping travelers design book and smoothly navigate their dream journeys.

The Role
  • Booking & Planning: Assist Finnish-speaking travelers with flight reservations hotel bookings car rentals and tailored vacation packages.
  • Itinerary Management: Support clients with booking modifications cancellations flight re-scheduling and special travel requests.
  • Problem Resolution: Act quickly and empathetically to resolve real-time travel disruptions luggage issues or booking discrepancies via phone email and live chat.
  • Customer Care: Deliver a warm high-quality service experience that inspires trust and customer loyalty.
Working Model & Location
  • Location: Lisbon Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time 100% on-site role based in a vibrant modern and multicultural office hub.

Requirements
  • Native or Near-Native Finnish: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an elegant service-oriented tone.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher to easily navigate international software and team systems.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Skills: Excellent multitasking capabilities strong geographical knowledge and a calm resourceful attitude when dealing with time-sensitive changes.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Ability to manage multiple screen layouts reservation tools and CRM databases simultaneously.
