Job Description

  • Responsible for capturing all trade spending in CRM for respective country in alignment with the sales manager and highlighting any issues related to activities (including credit notes) or accruals and execute on CRM liaising with NBS (credit notes posting and disputes clearing).
  • Support management and sales team during ICP process by providing analysis on the sales KPIs, consolidation and reporting.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets & objectives by salesmen by channel and the calculation of sales force incentive payout are accrued accurately and on time.
  • Handle the assets roles on SAP & C4C (adding, removing, amending assets details)
  • Responsible on all P2P transactions (PR, PO, GR) for NP department.
  • Responsible for clearing dispute cases with full coordination and follow-up with sales teams (ie: stock allocations, OOS tracking, overstocks).
  • Roll-out & change management of all new systems, tools & policies.
  • Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in sales team key meetings by setting direction, building coordination with planning and taking minutes of meeting.
  • Monitor the sales performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, provide team with necessary analysis, and update CD and sales managers accordingly.
  • Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations, in the country (C4C, sales reports, etc.)
  • Responsible for preparing sales analysis by customer/channel/platform/salesman on monthly basis, to enable management to review and take necessary actions.
  • Drive the sales forecast tool (MOSAIC) process in the OPC and ensure all data are up to date.
  • Coordination with sales force and NBS for the creation of new customers on SAP and with the distributors. Develop and keep the Direct Delivery call cycle updated on a daily & monthly basis.
