Are you an enthusiastic and resultdriven individual with a passion for sales Our innovative and growing company is searching for an experienced sales officer to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales officer you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct sales presentations negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate product or service solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process addressing customer inquiries concerns and complaints.
- Monitor sales performance metrics analyze data and prepare sales reports for management review.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to effectively position our products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as products marketing support and IT to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records documentation and utilize CRM systems for efficient sales management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in IT (Software)
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customerfocused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales automation tools like Zoho CRM and MS Office Suite.
- A bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
