Project Development Manager

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for a ProjectDevelopment Manager.

Functions

Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Meeting with clients to understand and document their needs and objectives.
2. Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals.
3. Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
4. Define project goals success criteria and deliverables.
5. Develop detailed project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation.
6. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders team members and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
7. Monitor and report project progress identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
   
8. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of highquality solutions.
9. Manage project versions resources and timelines. Do the performance evaluation for the team interview candidates.
10. Foster a collaborative and innovative project management environment.
11. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience in project management field.
2. Fluent in English both written & spoken.
3. Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills.
4. Provide regular updates on project progress challenges and solutions to relevant teams.
5. Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
6. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements.
7. Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines.
8. Prefer candidates who have experience working with international customers/projects.
9. Knowledge of business analysis process and methodologies software process management and project management.
10. Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
