Who are we looking for?

Technical program manager with understanding of servers, storage, graphics, and networking component

Responsibilities Skills:

Drives customer specific product requests to ensure that it meets scope, time, budget, and quality expectations, through planning, controlling, and managing customer projects.

Manages account team requests and vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to meet customer requirements.

Responsible for business case and management of custom product request, ensuring account teams are prepared and understand key milestones of enablement

Collaborate with other CSG team members to support and improve CSG processes.

Participates in daily prep calls to align for request readiness

Engage with cross business unit representatives to determine scope and feasibility of customer requests.

Lead or co-lead CSG weekly forum meetings, capturing notes and key action items

Maintain accurate database for each custom request

Follow up on requests to ensure key milestones and action items are occurring

Align with engineering to ensure test is tracking to schedule

Close out requests in timely fashion by aligning with account teams on a regular basis

Education and Experience Required:

Typically, 5+ years related work experience.

2 years of experience, preferably in Server hardware business.

Engineering degree (e.g., B. Tech.) or demonstrable equivalent.
