Job Description:

* As an iCertis Certified Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System Analyst you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining the iCertis CLM system to meet the organizations contract management needs.

* Your responsibilities will include leveraging your expertise in iCertis CLM collaborating with stakeholders configuring the system and ensuring seamless integration with other business processes.
* This role requires a deep understanding of contract lifecycle management principles iCertis CLM functionalities and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for contract management processes.
* Translate business requirements into actionable configurations within the iCertis CLM system.

iCertis CLM Configuration:

* Utilize your iCertis CLM certification to configure and customize the system to meet specific organizational needs.
* Implement and maintain workflows templates and rules within the iCertis CLM platform.

System Integration:

* Ensure seamless integration between iCertis CLM and other relevant business systems such as CRM or ERP to streamline contractrelated processes.
* Collaborate with IT teams to implement and test integrations.

User Training and Support:

* Conduct training sessions for endusers on iCertis CLM functionalities and best practices.
* Provide ongoing support to users addressing systemrelated inquiries and issues.

Data Management:

* Oversee data migration efforts and ensure data integrity within the iCertis CLM system.
* Implement and maintain data governance practices to guarantee the accuracy of contractrelated information.

Reporting and Analytics:

* Develop and generate reports and analytics within iCertis CLM to provide insights into contract performance compliance and other relevant metrics.
* Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

Continuous Improvement:

* Stay informed about iCertis CLM updates features and industry best practices.
* Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the iCertis CLM system.

Compliance Management:

* Ensure that the iCertis CLM system aligns with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Implement and enforce compliance measures within the system.

Qualifications:

* iCertis CLM Certification is mandatory.
* Bachelors degree in business Information Technology or a related field.
* Proven experience as a CLM System Analyst with specific expertise in iCertis CLM.
* Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and best practices.
* Experience in configuring and customizing iCertis CLM to meet organizational requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
* Familiarity with data migration and integration processes.
* Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
