Requirements

• Fluency in German required (C1/C2)
  
• Marketing related work experience is required
  
• Ability to set up and optimise Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn
  
• Set up and optimise Google ads including Google Shopping
  
• Optimise lead gen and eCommerce ads to increase conversion rate
  
• Set up custom audiences and conversion tracking
  
• Ability to create sales or lead funnels
  
• Facebook BluePrint certificate is a plus
  
• Understand how to utilise Google Analytics
  
• SEO skills is advantageous
  

Responsibilities

• Draft and update ad accounts monthly with new ad copy
  
• Set up new ad accounts
  
• Setting up conversion tracking of new accounts is a plus
  
• Draft and compile month-end reports for clients with results of previous month KPI s and make suggestions for the following month
  
• Implement monthly feedback into campaigns
  
• Track and be fully responsible for daily ad spend on accounts
  
• Advise clients on ad spend budgets for each account monthly
  
• Optimise Ads accounts on a day to day basis
