This is a remote position.

We seek a talented Customer Service Associate with 12 years of experience handling customer inquiries across various channels including email Facebook and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customercentric approach to deliver exceptional support.


Key Responsibilities:


1. MultiChannel Support:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email chat Facebook and other social media platforms.

Manage and prioritize messages comments and inquiries across different channels.


2. Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer issues providing accurate and timely solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and escalate when necessary.


3. Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers professionally and empathetically ensuring a positive experience across all channels.

Proactively anticipate customer needs and provide relevant information.


4. Social Media Management:

Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.

Uphold the companys brand voice and guidelines in all social interactions.


5. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions across various channels.

Generate reports on multichannel support performance metrics and customer feedback.


6. Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance multichannel customer support efficiency.


Qualifications:


12 years of proven experience in customer service with a focus on multichannel support.

Strong written communication skills for emails and social media interactions.

Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for monitoring and responding to comments and messages.

Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries across different channels.

Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Passion for health and fitness with an understanding of industry trends and terminologies.

Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their health and fitness goals.
