Job Description

As an Outbound Sales Consultant you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls. Your primary objective will be to secure appointments for our client s consultants by effectively communicating services and benefits to potential customers.


Charting Your Financial Future
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Mid Shift (Mon Fri 03:00 PM 12:00 AM)
Work Setup: Work from Home Makati (initial 3 days of training will be onsite)

Balancing the Books
  • Make outbound calls to individuals from a provided call list to introduce Compivents services.
  • Use the provided script to guide conversations and effectively communicate the benefits of state subsidies and grants available to qualifying individuals.
  • Identify potential clients by conducting a needs analysis and determining eligibility based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for our consultants with interested and eligible prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and appointments using our designated systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and handover of qualified leads.

Requirements

Assets in Your Portfolio

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferably in financial services or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in German with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.
  • Strong ability to follow a provided script while adapting to the conversation flow.
  • Ability to work independently meet targets and manage time effectively.
  • Experience using CRM software or similar systems for maintaining client information and scheduling appointments.
