Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations -
Oversee all daily warehouse activities including inventory control quality assurance space management and logistics

Supervise goods receiving processes ensuring accuracy in quantity type and quality

Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Manage loading and unloading of goods

Oversee order picking packing and dispatch processes
-
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within warehouse processes

Support deliveries as required
Stock Control -
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory records

Ensure optimal stock levels to meet operational and customer demands
-
Implement effective stock rotation practices to minimize waste and maintain product quality
-
Collaborate with procurement and sales teams on stock planning and forecasting
-
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
Customer Success & Stakeholder Management -
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and growth

Act as the main point of contact for orders and delivery coordination
-
Monitor and maintain customer success metrics and performance data
-
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational processes
-
Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement
Requirements & Skills -
Minimum of 3 5 years experience in warehouse operations and inventory management

Experience within consumer goods or hospitality-related industries is advantageous

Strong communication planning and organizational skills

Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement

Ability to work across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment

Self-motivated adaptable and able to manage competing priorities

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Willingness to perform both operational and administrative duties

Physically capable of handling manual tasks including lifting inventory

Valid drivers licence (Class C1 preferred) with at least 2 years driving experience
