Were looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team in the Normanhurst Turramurra Pymble and Hornsby area supporting older people through a mix of personal care domestic assistance and social support.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent hours (approx. 12-15 hours per week) across Monday Wednesday and Friday.

About the Role
This role focuses on supporting older people to remain living safely and independently at home while staying connected to their community.
Your day may include:
Providing personal care including showering dressing and hygiene support
Assisting with domestic assistance such as light cleaning laundry and basic household tasks
Providing social support including companionship and community access
Supporting clients to attend appointments or activities
Building genuine respectful relationships with clients
What You Bring
A genuine passion for supporting older people
A caring respectful and reliable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in personal care
Willingness to support or learn domestic assistance tasks
Ability to work independently in the community
Essential Requirements
Current NSW Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle Experience providing personal care Current First Aid & CPR National Police Check & Working With Children Check Proof of working rights in Australia Smartphone for rostering
Desirable (but not essential)
Qualification in Aged Care or Community Services (Cert III or above) Experience across PC DA and social support roles
