Technical skills

oGood understanding on Identity Governance and Administration concepts and Business scenarios. Both On-premises Cloud version of IGA (e.g. SailPoint IIQ ISC or Saviynt) OR

oGood understanding on Access Management Customer Identity & Access Management concepts and Business scenarios. Both On-premises Cloud IDaaS (e.g. OKTA/Auth0 or Ping One or Entra ID)

oHands-on Architecture Design Infrastructure sizing Capacity planning Define BOM (non-prod prod) for green field implementation.

oHands-on System design experience (HLD LLD) for IAM functional and non-functional requirements

oAbility to perform Design reviews and provide guidance/directions to team members

oHands-on experience in configuring solutions for IGA (Access request JML provisioning Access certification) or AM/CIAM (Authentication RBAC SSO MFA API security) business scenarios

oDevelopment knowledge and exposure in Branding customization and developing customer connectors

oREST API SCIM design experience

oExposure to emerging trends in IGA and AM/CIAM

Leadership skills

oAbility and Leadership to manage a sizeable team

oEstablish good relationship with the customer and deliver beyond expectations

Business Development skills

oExperience in preparing solution approach and estimates/schedule for IAM advise implement operate business opportunities

oContribution to CoE capacity and capability build activities

oIAM presentations to internal team & Customers

Key Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelors degree in information security Computer Science or a related field. A masters degree in Cybersecurity or Business Management is preferred
• 11 -15 years experience
• SailPoint OR Saviynt EIC OKTA/Auth0 or Ping Access/Federate/Ping ID
• Java/J2EE development skills
• REST SCIM API knowledge
• Excellent communication

Base location: Bangalore or Chennai
