Associate Director of Finance
Job Summary
Role Summary:
The Associate Director of Finance assists in managing the hotels financial operations ensuring accurate reporting strong internal controls and alignment with business goals to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance operations
- Prepare and review financial statements budgets and forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and support cost control and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations tax requirements and internal policies
- Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
- Partner with department heads for financial planning and decision-making
- Lead guide and develop the finance team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting (CA/MBA preferred)
- 812 years of experience preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and hotel finance operations
- Good leadership analytical and communication skills
