Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager
Role Objective: To support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening interview coordination and candidate engagement to ensure timely hiring of quality talent aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
Source candidates through job portals social media and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation.
Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
Manage offer rollout negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT source effectiveness and offer acceptance rate.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 13 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
