Job Summary
About the Role:
We are hiring a dynamic Chartered Accountant (2-3 years post-qualification experience) to join our growing Virtual CFO practice. The role offers direct exposure to founders senior management and strategic decision-making working closely with the VCFO Head
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end finance function for 2-3 SME / growth-stage clients
* Prepare monthly MIS cash flow statements budgets & financial dashboards
* Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
* Review accounting GST TDS and statutory compliances
* Ensure adherence to Companies Act Income Tax and other regulatory requirements
* Coordinate with auditors bankers and consultants
* Support working capital planning and treasury monitoring
* Assist in financial modeling due diligence and investor reporting
What Were Looking For:
* Qualified CA with strong accounting and compliance fundamentals
* Hands-on MIS and financial reporting experience
* Good communication and client management skills
* Ability to independently handle multiple assignments
* Strong analytical mindset and ownership attitude
This role is ideal for a CA who wants accelerated exposure beyond traditional audit/compliance and aims to build a long-term career in strategic finance and CFO advisory.
