Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager IT to oversee and manage the organizations IT infrastructure while ensuring smooth system operations and security. The role involves leading ERP system management providing advanced technical support and coordinating IT initiatives to support business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP system implementation maintenance and user training
Oversee and manage company IT infrastructure (servers networks systems) - Ensure cybersecurity measures (firewalls antivirus data protection)
- Provide advanced IT support and resolve technical issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
- Manage IT assets procurement and vendor coordination
- Ensure IT policies compliance and risk management
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer Science or a related field
5 years of experience in the IT field with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role - Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 / IFS or similar) is essential
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Workspace / MS 365)
- Strong knowledge of IT security networking VPNs and firewalls
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership
