Job Summary
Manager Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & manage the supply chain function of Aventura cluster; including but not limited to supervision of purchasing activities (PO) supplier sourcing and evaluation commercial negotiations contract review supplier payments freight arrangement import/ export shipment clearance logistics and regulatory compliance.
Establish implement and maintain standards policies controls procedures and work instructions to safeguard accountability of all supply chain activities.
Manage end-to-end procurement process (both imports & local) to ensure material are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements for on-time delivery while monitoring and maintaining acceptable inventory levels.
Manage the co-ordination with regulatory bodies financial institutions and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of companys procurement and imports & exports operations.
Maintain healthy relationships to ensure supplier network provides consistent quality cost control for best value of goods and undisrupted supply through effective negotiation and communication.
Continuously improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation market trends and rising environmental pressure.
Involve in planning execution and review of companys business strategies.
- Set KPIs train update knowledge evaluate performance and guide the team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics from a recognized university or similar qualification.
5 years of experience with strong analytical negotiations and problem solving skills.
Completion of MBA and/or finance related qualification is preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written English skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Very good leadership and management skills are compulsory.
