We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and
lead generation initiatives to support our international growth trajectory.
Reporting directly to the COO the Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing
strategy brand positioning and demand generation activities for Link4s B2B SaaS e-
This role requires a strong focus on qualified lead generation to support sales teams
across multiple countries. You will manage and mentor a small marketing team while
actively contributing to execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company
Drive B2B lead generation campaigns across Asia and emerging markets
Manage digital marketing channels (LinkedIn Google Ads email marketing
Plan and oversee campaign performance tracking reporting and optimization
Create high-impact marketing content including website copy blogs case
studies and email campaigns
Coordinate website updates and ensure consistent brand messaging across all
Manage press releases industry announcements and media communications
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to improve marketing-qualified lead (MQL)
Support product launches and market expansion initiatives
Organize video production webinars and industry events
Lead mentor and develop the internal marketing team
Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the SaaS and e-Invoicing
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of post-graduate experience in Marketing (B2B or SaaS
Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and performance analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
Passion for cloud-based technology and digital transformation
International experience is essential
Intellectual curiosity and ambition to grow within a scaling SaaS organization
Experience marketing to Asia Pacific markets
Knowledge of e-Invoicing fintech or compliance-driven SaaS solutions
Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools
Exposure to international B2B sales environments
