Job Summary
Our client is looking for a dynamic Exports Manager with the vision expertise and leadership skills to ensure smooth operations regulatory compliance and exceptional service across our global network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all export operations including documentation scheduling and shipment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations customs and trade laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients freight forwarders customs authorities and partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize export operations and improve efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of export coordinators and support staff.
- Monitor KPIs report performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end export processes.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations customs procedures and documentation.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in shipping software and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management International Business or related field.
- Minimum of 4 7 years of experience in export operations preferably in container shipping or freight forwarding.
