Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marondera branch ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Drive sales performance by building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Manage stock levels ordering and inventory control to ensure product availability and minimise losses.
- Lead motivate and manage branch staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies to grow the branchs customer base.
- Monitor financial performance including budgets margins and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on agricultural products and solutions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance for senior management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial systems.
- A valid drivers licence is essential.
