Job Summary

Our client is a well-established and growing agricultural company is looking for a Branch Manager to join their branch in Marondera.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Negotiable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marondera branch ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive sales performance by building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage stock levels ordering and inventory control to ensure product availability and minimise losses.
  • Lead motivate and manage branch staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
  • Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies to grow the branchs customer base.
  • Monitor financial performance including budgets margins and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on agricultural products and solutions.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on branch performance for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Agriculture Agribusiness Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the agricultural sector with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience in branch or retail management within an agri environment is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial systems.
  • A valid drivers licence is essential.
