Job Summary
Our client in the service industry is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee operations within a busy client-facing environment. This role requires strong leadership operational oversight and the ability to speak Turkish fluently in order to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
- Manage and lead a team of staff including performance management and development.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and handle escalations where necessary.
- Monitor and improve operational processes workflows and compliance standards.
- Manage client interactions and communications including those requiring fluent Turkish.
- Oversee administration reporting and data accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations or centre management ideally within a service-driven environment.
- Experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Fluency in Turkish (essential).
