Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute their digital content strategy across multiple platforms including TikTok Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and other emerging channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness driving engagement growing online communities and generating quality leads through strategic content creation and performance-driven campaigns.
This role requires a highly creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can translate brand objectives into compelling digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Create schedule and publish engaging content across TikTok Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute short-form video content reels and trending TikTok campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor social media trends competitor activity and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
  • Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and manage online community interactions.
  • Track analyse and report on social media performance metrics (engagement reach conversions ROI).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing design) to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Oversee influencer partnerships and brand collaborations where relevant.
  • Maintain brand voice tone and consistency across all platforms.
Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or related field.
  • Proven experience managing business accounts on TikTok Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated experience creating viral or high-engagement short-form video content.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva CapCut Adobe Suite etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
