We are building a strong field sales team to expand awareness and drive customer acquisition across key visa and embassy locations in Nigeria.

Role Overview:

We are looking for confident persuasive and result-driven Field Sales Representatives who can engage prospects face-to-face and close sales in real time.

This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic people-oriented and comfortable approaching strangers explaining products clearly handling objections and asking for payment professionally.

Tasks

Approach and engage visa applicants in approved public locations around embassy and visa application zones

Introduce and explain the Veripass service clearly and confidently

Identify qualified prospects and convert them into paying customers

Handle customer questions and objections effectively

Follow up with interested leads and maintain communication when necessary

Meet daily and weekly sales targets

Submit daily activity and sales reports

Represent the Veripass brand professionally at all times

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident persuasive and comfortable speaking with strangers

Ability to close sales and work under performance targets

Professional appearance and conduct

Self-motivated and highly driven

Previous experience in field sales direct sales activation marketing or commission-based sales is an advantage

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
