Job Summary

Lead the planning execution and monitoring of electrical system installations and upgrades across regional data centers and technical facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering operations and procurement to ensure timely delivery of electrical projects within budget and scope.
Conduct site assessments feasibility studies and risk analyses to optimize electrical infrastructure performance and reliability.
Ensure all electrical work complies with local and international codes (e.g. IEC NEC IEEE) and safety standards.
Supervise junior engineers and technicians providing technical guidance training and performance feedback.
Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations performance evaluations and service delivery oversight.
Develop and maintain comprehensive electrical system documentation including schematics maintenance logs and as-built drawings.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize system failures and extend equipment lifespan.
Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
Respond to electrical emergencies and coordinate rapid resolution to minimize operational disruption.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g. PE CEng) is highly desirable.
25 years of progressive experience in electrical systems design installation or project management within technology industrial or infrastructure environments.
Proven experience managing electrical projects from inception to completion including budgeting scheduling and stakeholder reporting.
In-depth knowledge of electrical power distribution systems switchgear transformers UPS systems and grounding practices.
Familiarity with SCADA systems building management systems (BMS) and data center infrastructure (Tier IIV) is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and safety.
Proficiency in AutoCAD ETAP or similar electrical design and simulation software.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
