- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISA IEC API etc.) and company safety and quality protocols.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation & Control Automation or a related field.
- 25 years of progressive experience in instrumentation and control systems within industrial or technology environments.
- Proven experience managing teams or leading technical projects in a high-pressure operational setting.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens Rockwell Schneider) SCADA systems and industrial networking (Modbus Profibus Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with safety instrumented systems (SIS) SIL certification and functional safety standards (IEC 61511).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication leadership and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in technical documentation AutoCAD and data visualization tools.
