- Support contract documentation variations and claims management processes
- Maintain accurate records of materials labor and project expenditures

- Generate reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related technical field
- 12 years of experience in quantity surveying cost estimation or project support within a technology or construction environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with estimating software (e.g. CostX Bluebeam or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts procurement processes and project lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic deadline-driven setting
