Job Summary

Assist in preparing and reviewing cost estimates bills of quantities and project budgets
Support contract documentation variations and claims management processes
Maintain accurate records of materials labor and project expenditures
Collaborate with project managers engineers and procurement teams to ensure cost alignment
Monitor project progress against budget and report on variances
Generate reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management
Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related technical field
12 years of experience in quantity surveying cost estimation or project support within a technology or construction environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with estimating software (e.g. CostX Bluebeam or similar)
Strong understanding of construction contracts procurement processes and project lifecycle management
Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic deadline-driven setting
